Welcome to James and Jazz! We are blessed that you have taken the time to check out our videos. You will notice that our videos focus on four categories: 1.) Spiritual Growth In Christ Jesus, 2.) Our mission statement as a Christian couple is to be a Sergeant for Christ Jesus in all we do. Allow me to explain in a bit more detail. The abbreviation for Sergeant is SGT, so for us that means that we are to: S – Save Souls (Share the good news Gospel to help Lead People to Jesus Christ), G – Grow Souls (Help People to Grow in Jesus), and T – Thrive Souls (Help People to Walk Fully in the Gifts of the Holy Spirit and Thrive In Life). You can expect us to be authentic, vulnerable, and transparent ALL THE TIME, as we want you to see both the beautiful and the ugly that we’ve experienced in life as well as how we got through these things with the strength, guidance, and direction of our Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ. As I mentioned in the opening paragraph, we also want to help people to thrive in their physical fitness, relationships, and in their life in general. It is so important to be Spiritually, Mentally, Relationally, and Physically Fit, and we believe that you are only as strong as your weakest link in these areas. You never want to put all of your focus into just one or two of these areas and completely neglect the others as the “others” would then become your weakest links. So, as you will see on our website, the main advice we give is in three of the four different tabs of videos: Spiritual Videos, Physically Fit Videos, and Relationship Videos… the Life Updates tab is just a tab for Jasmine and I to keep you up to date with what is going on in our lives. So, head to our website now where you can expect to receive some amazing real talk, motivation/inspiration/encouragement, and some detailed and creative workouts that you can do at home and in the gym too.
