As we near the end of Pride Month, I’m so very happy to be sharing this lovely editorial.
These models are a couple in real life too – you’ll find them over at Rainbow Certified, a wonderful online apparel and accessories store for the LGBTQIA+ community.

“After an unbearable 12 months + of not creating much new content, before wedding season finally (!) kicked off this year, I (Sally) decided to put together a small styled shoot which was local to me, to create some gorgeous images.”
“I was adamant I wanted two people to photograph that, in my mind, are under-represented in the wedding industry.”
“It was coincidental that the shoot happened just before June, Pride month, but it was a happy accident.”
“Rachael and Sarah our models are a real-life couple and that made the images even more romantic, they have lots of chemistry.”
“As we wanted to celebrate our same sex couple and the shoot, we decided to have some real pops of colour in the details, such as the beautiful bouquets and the fabulous rainbow cake.”
“The dresses provided by Lucy Can’t Dance were a little quirky and that added to the sense of uniqueness.”
“Writtle Agricultural College has lots of greenhouses full of different things, but we were drawn to the botanicals which provided a great wild backdrop against our models and the colourful bouquets.”
“Although it was a really warm day, so we were all pretty hot!”
“All of our suppliers were delighted to take part, and huge advocates of the LGBTQ+ community. We’re all firm believers in love, whatever form it takes, and we hope our shoot conveys that.”
