Hello loves, how are you? I hope your weekend has been beautiful so far. We’ve had the most incredible snow all day yesterday and blue skies but freezing cold temperatures all day today, leading to these gorgeous views earlier this afternoon.
I couldn’t let Saturday slip by without sharing something lovely (and saying a big hello to our 1,500+ new Instagram followers today, thanks to a gorgeous mention by the newly engaged Mollie King on her Instagram account!). These beautiful images were taken by our Little Book Wedding Directory member, Bethany & James Photography, on an editorial shoot style by Amy of Amy Roberts Weddings, whose words follow.

“My vision for this shoot was to create a very relaxed bohemian wedding set up with touches of modern luxury and class.”
“I wanted couples to look at these images and fall in love with the set up and understand that you don’t always need a stand out colour to create a show stopping wedding design.”
“A nude palette is my favourite to work with and it really makes me sad that these colours get dubbed the title of being bland, when they can be so amazing to work with!”
“I also wanted to use this shoot to show off the barn setting to a different demographic of couple.”
“Barns are always seen as a backdrop for rustic weddings and this shoot just proves how amazing a luxury design looks in such a place.”
“Rhyse Farm was the perfect venue for this inspiration shoot as it’s a brand new wedding venue that has literally thought of everything.”
“There are so many different and beautiful areas for photos, from the gorgeous wild flower meadow to the wooded ceremony area and not forgetting the impressive barn itself that it was an absolute must to have them involved.”
“This shoot was also not possible without Little Book Wedding Directory member, Bethany & James Photography, whose iconic dusky style complimented the design of the shoot perfectly.”
