Ingredients:
- 25ml sloe gin
- 125ml Fentiman’s Ginger Beer
- 125ml apple cider
- 10ml elderflower liqueur
- Fresh lemon slice
Method:
- Pour all ingredients (except the lemon) into a pan on a low-medium heat.
- Bring all to a gentler simmer until hot and garnish with a slice of the fresh lemon to serve.
Sloe Rhubarb Punch (serves 1)

Ingredients:
- 50ml sloe gin
- 125ml Fentiman’s Pink Rhubarb Tonic Water
- Fresh lemon slice
- Mint sprig
- Ice
Method:
- Measure out the sloe gin and add ice.
- Top with the tonic water and garnish with a slice of fresh lemon and the mint sprig.
Cinnamon Collins (serves 1)

- 50ml whisky
- 25ml lemon juice
- 10ml cinnamon spiced syrup (available from Amazon and most online food stores)
- 10ml honey
- Fentiman’s Ginger Ale
- Fresh lemon slice
- Cinnamon stick

Method:
- Mix the whisky, lemon juice, cinnamon-spiced syrup and honey in a short tumbler-style glass with a teaspoon and add ice.
- Fill the rest of the glass with ginger ale.
- Garnish with a slice of fresh lemon and the cinnamon stick.
Winter Warmer Cocktail (serves 1)

Ingredients:
- Tame & Wild’s Damson, Rosehip and Passionflower Drink
- Sloe gin
- Orange peel
- Ice
Method:
- Start off by adding a generous handful of ice into your rocks glass and set aside.
- To create the orange twist: with a smooth, even motion roll the orange around in your hand continuing to cut a strip of the peel as you go. Stop when you have the desired length or until the peel naturally cuts off. Roll the strip of peel into a spiral without breaking it.
- Add one shot (50ml) of Sloe Gin.
- Top with Tame & Wild Damson, Rosehip and Passionflower’s sparkling non-alcoholic drink.

- 75ml Advocaat
- Fentiman’s Rose Lemonade
- Cinnamon
Method:
- Add the rose lemonade to 75ml Advocaat in a tall glass.
- Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon for a festive touch.
Mulled Wine Cocktail (serves 4-6)

Ingredients:
- 100g light muscovado sugar
- 1 star anise
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 4 cloves
- 150ml water
- 1 lemon
- 2 clememtines
- 150ml Cointreau
- 750ml bottle light red wine
- Twist of orange zest and star anise to serve
Method:
- Put 100g light muscovado sugar in a pan with 1 star anise, 1 cinnamon stick, 4 cloves and 150ml water. Bring slowly to the boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
- Simmer for 2 mins, then pour into a large jug and leave to cool. Add 1 lemon and 2 clementines, both thinly sliced, to the jug along with 150ml Cointreau and a 750ml bottle light red wine, such as a Beaujolais. Stir well, then cover and chill for at least 2 hrs or overnight if you can.
- Serve chilled or over ice, with a twist of orange zest and a star anise. If you’d like to serve a traditional warm mulled wine, there’s no need to chill – simply warm through without boiling and serve in heatproof glasses.

Purple Queen Mocktail (serves 1)
If you’re teetoal – or just want to give the hard stuff a break for the night – this warming fruity Christmas mocktail recipe is a delicious alternative. Plus, it looks gorgeously festive! (source: Tame & Wild)
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon of Belvoir Farm Blueberry + Blackcurrant Cordial
- Wild Life Botanicals Blush Alcohol Free Sparkling Wine
- Tame & Wild Blueberry & Dandelion Drink
- Blueberries
Method:
- Make sure all ingredients are chilled for a few hours.
- Pour the cordial into a champagne glass then top half with the alcohol-free sparkling wine and half with the the Tame & Wild drink and garnish with a few blueberries.
Non-alcoholic Irish Cream Liqueur (Serves 4-6)

Ingredients:
- 150ml double cream
- 50ml evaporated milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 25ml freshly brewed espresso
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of grated orange zest

Method:
- Put all the ingredients in a large cocktail shaker or jug with a generous handful of ice.
- If using a shaker, shake well until the outside feels cold, then double strain into tumblers. If using a jug, stir well until combined. Serve poured over ice.
